Refund and Returns Policy

Returns
We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return, please contact our support team with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos of the issue

Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

Refunds
Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

  • Item not received within 40 days
  • Item arrives damaged or defective
  • Wrong item received

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be offered for:

  • Minor defects
  • Delayed deliveries where the item is still accepted by the customer

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing has started, cancellations are not possible.

Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact us before filing chargebacks. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in order suspension.
